Thank you for shopping with STRATUS. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Where We Ship From

All orders ship from our headquarters in Canmore, Alberta, Canada. Orders to the United States and other countries cross an international border, which is why customs duties, taxes, and processing time may apply.

Order Processing

Except as otherwise stated on our website, orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships, if the shipping method supports it.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once your order ships. They may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order weight, and selected shipping method. Shipping rates for United States orders are charged in USD. Shipping rates for Canadian orders are charged in CAD. Available options depend on your delivery address and order total.

• Standard Shipping (5-9 days), orders $0.00 to $74.99: $6.00 USD
• Free Standard Shipping (5-9 days), orders $75.00 USD and up: Free
• Expedited Shipping (2-4 days): $10.00 USD
• Priority Shipping (1-2 days): $15.00 USD

Alaska, Hawaii and Other U.S. States and Territories (charged in USD)

• Standard Shipping (5-9 days), orders $0.00 to $134.99: $8.00 USD
• Free Standard Shipping (5-9 days), orders $135.00 USD and up: Free
• Expedited Shipping (2-4 days): $18.00 USD

Canada: British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan (charged in CAD)

• Free Shipping (2-4 days), orders $125.00 CAD and up: Free
• Expedited Shipping (2-4 days): $10.00 CAD

Canada: Manitoba to the East Coast (charged in CAD)

Free Shipping Thresholds

Free standard shipping is available on orders of $75 USD or more to the continental United States, $135 USD or more to Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. states and territories we serve, and $125 CAD or more within Canada. Thresholds are shown at checkout and may change from time to time.

Untracked Shipping

Small orders may be offered an untracked shipping option at checkout. Untracked shipments do not include a tracking number, and we are unable to open a carrier trace for them. If your untracked order does not arrive, contact us and we will review it case by case.

United States Customs, Duties, Taxes and Other Applicable Fees

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to U.S. customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, state and local sales tax, and carrier brokerage or handling fees. Where available, applicable duties, taxes, and import fees will be calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order. If checkout states that duties and taxes are prepaid, your order will ship with those charges covered and you should not be asked to pay additional import charges at delivery. If checkout does not state that duties and taxes are prepaid, these charges may be due before or at delivery and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated. Import charges are determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and/or the carrier and may vary based on product classification, product value, country of origin, and shipping method. Customs processing may also affect delivery times.

Canada Customs, Taxes and Other Applicable Fees

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to GST, HST, PST, QST, RST, customs duties, import taxes, and carrier brokerage or handling fees. If taxes and import charges are calculated at checkout, they will not be due at delivery. If these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be due before or at delivery and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

European Union & UK Customs, Taxes and Other Applicable Fees

Orders shipped to countries in the European Union & UK may be subject to VAT, customs duties, import taxes, and carrier brokerage or handling fees. Where available, applicable taxes, duties, and import fees will be calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order. If these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be due before or at delivery and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

If checkout states that duties and taxes are prepaid, your order will be shipped with those charges prepaid and you should not be asked to pay additional import charges at delivery. If checkout does not state that duties and taxes are prepaid, you may be required to pay VAT, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or carrier handling fees before or at delivery.

Import charges are determined by EU & UK customs authorities and/or the carrier and may vary based on the destination country, product classification, product value, country of origin, and shipping method. Customs processing may also affect delivery times.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a confirmation with a tracking number and link, if applicable. Please note tracking information may take time to update after you receive it.

We currently ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guernsey, Hong Kong SAR, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Nepal, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Svalbard & Jan Mayen, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Ukraine, United Kingdom, and United States.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, fees, and customs delays. Any applicable charges collected at checkout will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Address Accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us and we will help you work with the carrier. Orders shipped with untracked shipping are handled as described in the Untracked Shipping section above.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate changes before your order ships, but once it’s in transit we’re unable to modify it. Refunds for cancelled or delayed orders will be processed promptly to the original payment method where possible.
