1. Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

Free from stains, odors, or damage

Returned from the same country they were delivered to

Unaltered (not tailored, damaged, or modified)
Items returned outside of policy may be returned back to the customer at their expense.
3. Exchanges
Same Item, Different Size – Free
Exchanges for the same product in a different size are always free.
We cover all shipping costs for size exchanges.

Different Product
If you would like to exchange for a different style/product, please contact us at info@strts.ca and our team will assist you.
Exchange Processing Time
Exchange orders will be shipped once the original item is received at our warehouse.

5. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method or store credits once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Lost Return Packages
We are not responsible for return packages lost after drop-off unless the prepaid return label provided by us was used.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong item or a defective/quality-issue product, your return will be free.
